Billing Services.
Batch Processing
Our comprehensive service involves processing completed Medical Provider charges through a computerized billing system, which includes sending monthly statements and either electronically transmitting or providing paper claim forms. In addition, we provide a variety of monthly and annual reports to keep you fully informed on your practice's financial status.
Expanded Processing
Our advanced service builds on our batch processing service and includes ICD-10 and CPT coding as requested by the Medical Provider. In addition, we provide follow-up on claims payments, appeals on claims that have been denied when appropriate, and phone and mail contact with patients to make payment arrangements.
